High-capacity solid-liquid separation for manure slurry
The high-frequency vibratory manure separator combines fine screening and mechanical pressing in one continuous machine. It is designed for livestock and poultry farms, manure treatment projects, and organic fertilizer production lines that need efficient separation of solids from slurry.
With a raw material processing capacity of 30–50 m³/h, the equipment captures 95% of solid manure. The discharged solids have a moisture content of 55–65%, making them easier to transport, store, composto, or process into organic fertilizer.
How the vibratory manure separator works
- Manure slurry enters the main unit through the Ø75 mm feed inlet.
- Two 2.2 kW vibration motors generate high-frequency movement across the screening surface.
- Liquid passes through the 150-mesh screen with 0.3 mm apertures while solid material remains on the screen.
- Vibration continuously conveys the retained solids toward the 4 kW pressing section.
- The pressing system removes additional free water. Dewatered solids discharge separately, while clarified liquid leaves through the Ø160 mm water outlet.
Construction for continuous wet processing
O 2,400 × 1,200 mm filter screen is manufactured from 304 stainless steel for wet operating conditions. The main body is made of manganese steel. UM 3 kW manure pump, dual vibration motors, pressing system and four-channel stainless steel control system are integrated into the machine.

Selection and installation guidance
For correct equipment selection, confirm the manure type, solids concentration, required hourly flow and target discharge moisture. The complete unit measures 3,800 × 2,100 × 1,800 mm, weighs approximately 1.65 t and operates on a 380 V power supply. Total installed power is 11.4 kW.
The main shaft is supported with lifetime maintenance service, and the complete machine includes a one-year warranty. Final configuration can be matched to the operating conditions of the project.
