Semi–wet fertilizer crusher is a professional crushing equipment for crushing material with high humidity and multi-fiber. The semi-wet material crushing machine uses high-speed rotary blade, the fiber particle size after crushing is good, which makes it have high efficiency and strong energy. The semi-wet material crusher is mostly used in the production and processing of organic fertilizer, and has good effect on raw materials such as chicken manure and humic acid.

The machine uses the two-stage pulverized rotor, and the material first is crushed into small particles and then crushed into fine dust, finally it is unloaded.

This machine does not have the bottom with screen, so more than 100 kinds of materials can be crushed and the machine will never blocked. Even the materials that have just been brought up from the water also can be smashed and will not be blocked by wet materials, avoiding the burning of the motor and affecting production.

1.It adopts high alloy wear-resisting hammer head, and hammer is made by forging that is especially strong, wear-resisting, and more durable than ordinary hammerhead, increasing the service life of hammer.

2.This machine adopts the two-way gap technology. If the hammer is worn, then the hammer can be used again after moving its position. The granularity of the material can be controlled by adjusting the clearance between the hammer head and the liner.
